Delivery Policies
Processing time
Due to the nature of our products (they are cooked food) we deliver our products in in time windows that we agree with our customers. We will send notification via email or text message with the date in which the order will be delivered. We will also send notification via email or text message if there are any delays in the delivery process.
Delivery rates and delivery estimates
We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $5.99 and we deliver all of our orders locally in the Metro Atlanta area.
Delivery to P.O. boxes
We DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation
Once your order is scheduled for delivery you will receive an email with a notification, which will allow you to make arrangements for receiving your products.
Damages
We stand behind every order that we ship. If the products you receive are damaged, we will either replace them or give you credit for your next order or, if that’s your choice, we’ll refund you for the value of the damaged products. We only ask that you take pictures and document the nature of the damages so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Returns Policy
Since our products are perishable, once an order is sent to a customer we cannot accept any product to be returned. If you receive a product that you do not enjoy or if the product arrives in less than acceptable condition, it will be credited or replaced in your next order, or refunded. Whichever option you choose. If you choose a refund, we will issue the refund in the 24 hours following your request. Please email us at sales@dangonds.com explaining the nature of the issue and we will gladly work on a solution for you.
