Shipment processing time

Due to the nature of our products (they are frozen food) we ship our products in coolers with dry ice via FedEx Ground. For the same reason, we need to avoid weekend transit so we only ship products on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every week, which is why all orders received after Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We will send notification via email or text message with the date in which the order will be shipped. We will also send notification via email or text message if there are any delays in the shipping process.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We charge a flat rate shipping of $9.99 and we shipped all of our orders via FedEx Ground.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is handed to FedEx and entered into their system, you will receive an email with the tracking number, with which you will be able to check the status and the estimated delivery date of your shipment.

Damages

We stand behind every order that we ship. If the products you receive are damaged, we will either replace them or give you credit for your next order or, if that’s your choice, we’ll refund you for the value of the damaged products. We only ask that you take pictures and document the nature of the damages so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Returns Policy

Since our products are perishable and frozen, once an order is sent to a customer we cannot accept any product to be returned. If you receive a product that you do not enjoy or if the product arrives in less than acceptable condition, it will be credited or replaced in your next order, or refunded. Whichever option you choose. If you choose a refund, we will issue the refund in the 24 hours following your request.
